This week is a little different.
At almost 33 weeks pregnant, pregnancy has finally caught up with me. Between the heat, swollen hands and feet, sleepless nights, extra midwife appointments, antenatal classes, and a few trips to the antenatal day centre after some quieter baby movements, my body has made it very clear that it's time to slow down.
So, I'm taking a short two-week break from the podcast.
This isn't goodbye; it's just a pause. I'll be back on 15th July with a brand new episode all about the strange in-between stage of pregnancy: not quite feeling like yourself anymore, but not quite feeling like a parent either.
Thank you for listening, for supporting the podcast, and for reminding me that sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is rest.
