He is also a mental health advocate and strength coach, who coaches runners of all levels. Mark is a well-accomplished runner who has achieved the 4th fastest run time in North America for the 6-hour Michigan Summer Stampede Ultra! 

We dig into what his running journey was like with overcoming mental health obstacles and combining strength training into running. He’s a goal getter and we talk about how to accomplish your running goals.
