This week, Jess and Wil take a look at happiness, drawing on their own experiences and looking at years of research studies on that state of the mind. Henri Bergson, the French philosopher, stated:
"All the great thinkers of humanity have left happiness in the vague so that each of them could define their own terms."
So, great minds aside, what about us humble humans? Can we define happiness? And is it actually achievable?
Dissecting Breadcrumbs is an open, honest and explorative discourse that covers a wide range of topics involving life. Wil and Jess encourage you to join in the dialogue. Email your thoughts to
