In this episode, we are discussing one of the major reason for quitting Porn and Masturbation or basically any habit.
It's called 'Counting the days', it gives one a sense of fulfillment if they're on a high streak, which in some cases can be good but it can be worse if they relapse, giving them a feeling of high regret and losing such a long streak, therefore, causing them to relapse again and again.
Counting the days should be changed to 'Counting the self-improvement' such as how much confident are you getting as time passes etc.
Be laser-focused for self-improvement, internal motivation will come from within once you start experiencing the real changes, and it will never come with days.
