Our sermon this weekend is centered on Mary's song, the Magnificat, a magnificent proclamation of what God will in creation. Her poetry reflects her intelligence, deep knowledge of scripture, and the faith of the ages passed on to her, until it is impossible to separate her words from those who raised her. Our stories are no different, because we are surrounded by clouds of witnesses who shared their faith in Christ to us, that we can tell our story, and maybe become a voice in the cloud of others. #sermon #advent #magnificat #sing
