It's the annual reflective episode where I dive deep into how my word of the year served me for this past year and looking forward to setting intentions and receiving a new word of the year for 2024! Even though I have taken a step back from creating content, I really didn't want to miss this tradition. So, in this episode:

• I reflect on this past year using my favourite reflective tools and talk about how my 2023 word 'devotion' has served as a red thread
• I talk about how the word 'space' will probably be my 2024 word and the intentions that this word offers me too
