¡¡Un weekee-saludo a todos los Hivers de esta comunidad!!
Mi amiga, una adolescente como yo que ama reírse de memes y videos graciosos, cumplió 17 años hace unos días. Me costó pensar en un regalo que darle, y cuando consideré la idea de comprarle algo los precios me aturdieron, y para lo que valía la pena mi presupuesto no alcanzaba...
Entonces decidí irme por la vía artística y del entretenimiento, hacer un video animado con suficiente gracia para llenar su día de risas cada vez que lo viera y lo recordara jeje.
Ya sé, nuestro humor es... raro...
Para hacer claro el asunto, somos especímenes capaces de mantener en nuestros días menos serios una risa constante por varios minutos sobre cualquier cosa, como por una rebanada de pan cayendo boca arriba al suelo o incluso por nuestros propios nombres, a cualquier hora sin la más mínima razón. Pero sin contar dichos extremos, tenemos el humor promedio de los adolescentes de nuestra generación (muy roto).
Primero pensé en diseñar dos personajes caricaturescos que nos representaran a ambas. Después de hacer pequeñas pruebas de animación con ellos llegué a la conclusión de que eran perfectos para un estilo tembloroso con las manos separadas del cuerpo y sin siquiera ser capaces de mover los brazos. En mi opinión esa rigidez los hacía ver bastante graciosos, más lo de los ojos no apuntando hacia un lugar fijo.
Ya para el sonido del video busqué memes que en su momento fueron virales en Youtube, los favoritos de mi amiga.
Luego de dibujar todos los recursos extra como el regalo y la billetera todo estaba preparado para ser animado, hasta que sentí que me faltaba algo, un tema por rellenar: necesitaba algo adorable o tierno.
Mi amiga es amante de todo lo Kawaii, no dudé en hacer una versión de ella con ese estilo.
Y bueno, no tengo mucho más que decir, le dí el dibujito con el regalo que le dio mi personaje en el video, además de el mismo video ser parte del regalo jaja, es confuso decir lo que quiero decir pero ya saben a lo que me refiero... ¡Fue todo un paquete creativo!

Hice esta animación con los softwares Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop y Adobe Premiere Pro. Todos los fragmentos de video, sonidos y música utilizados no tienen derecho de autor. Todos los dibujos y la animación son míos.

My friend, a teenager like me who loves to laugh at memes and funny videos, turned 17 a few days ago. I had a hard time thinking of a gift to give her, and when I considered the idea of buying her something the prices stunned me, and for what it was worth my cash was not enough....
So I decided to follow the way of art and entertainment, to make an animated video with enough humor to fill her day with laughter every time she would see it and remember it, hehe.
I know, our humor is... weird....
To make this all clear, we are specimens capable of maintaining, in our less serious days, a constant laughter for several minutes over anything, such as over a slice of bread falling face up on the floor or even over our own names, at any hour without any single reason. But not counting such extremes, we have the average teenage humor of our generation (very broken).
I first thought of designing two cartoonish characters to represent both of us, and the results were these:
You might recognize one of them, since it's my profile picture :)
After doing small animation tests with them I came to the conclusion that they were perfect for a shaky style with hands separated from the body and not even being able to move their arms. In my opinion that stiffness made them look quite funny, plus the eyes not pointing to the same place.
For the sound of the video I looked for memes that were once viral on Youtube, my friend's favorites ones.
After drawing all the extra resources like the gift and the wallet everything was ready to be animated, until I felt that I was missing something, a subject to fill: I needed with urgency something adorable or cute.
My friend is a lover of all Kawaii things, I didn't hesitate to make a version of her in such style:
And well, I don't really have more to say, I gave her the little drawing inside the gift my character gave her in the video, plus the video itself being part of the gift, haha, it's confusing to say what I mean but you know what I mean... It was quite a creative package!
