My oldest daughter Jaida, is an introvert, and honestly, she wasn't very excited to be on my podcast. But during her interview, I was so proud of her as she started opening up about how she deals with being an oldest child perfectionist, what therapy has taught her, and embracing who she is made to be in this world.
