A-Star with Abby Roling

I seriously cannot believe it has been 15 weeks since starting this podcast. To nurture, care for, and commit to something each week has literally turned this channel into my baby. Little did I know how fast babies grow...In life we go through phases just like a baby turning into a small child, then into a teen, to eventually wind up in adulthood. We are all navigating this journey of life, and I am so happy to share mine with the world. I'll be back. I promise.

For now, catch me on socials!

DISCLAIMER: THIS VIDEO IS INTENDED FOR ADULTS 18 AND OLDER.

Moving away from our normal location, I was able to take the podcast on the go, to accommodate my special guest this week right from her brick and mortar store. Heather Stumberg started her own franchise of "Your CBD Store" back in October of 2019. As the popularity of this supplement grows, so does her potential. In this Episode, Heather tells us her story of becoming an entrepreneur in the industry. She breaks down the components of CBD down to the chemical compounds within, consumption methods, and her product lines available. Join us in this discussion to hear about how CBD continues to change lives.

Never have I ever spoken with someone who is famous…

Until now.

This week on my podcast show, A-Star, I had the pleasurable opportunity to chat with #1 Hit Radio host, Jake Truemper, who has managed to scale his Youtube accounts to over 20k subscribers and his TikTok to over 140k followers. Because of his dedication to creating, Truemper has found personal success.

Therefore, to me, he’s famous.

In the interview, Truemper shares part of his influential story. We dish out tips for getting on-air & in front of a camera, go into depth about the possibilities of scaling a career on social media apps, and of course crack a few jokes along the way.

Join us in this conversation to find your truest creative potential!

Looking from within we can find all of the love that we need. For this week of the podcast, I wanted to try something a little different. Sitting down and just being open about the truth I live is important to me. Interviewing is fun, too, but to spice it up a bit, I give you a easy to follow monologue about the importance of self-love, understanding our expectations, and crushing limiting beliefs. I'll see you on the other side!

Tristian Bennett, filmmaker/photographer, my cool neighbor, was my guest this week. It was such an honor to welcome him into our studio. We got a chance to discuss how we know each other, his photography/filmmaking career, the 48-Hour Film Festival, Tristan's film group, Retro Neon films, and other creative ventures of Tristan's life. Mainly we discuss co-creation with like-minded people to get the most of each project or goal. Grab that popcorn, sit back, relax, and come hang with us for a bit.  If you make it to the end of the video, go comment #swag on Tristan's last Instagram post!
