Thousands of years ago, men constructed cities and pyramids with little more than primitive tools made out of rocks and bones.
Without a doubt, those ancient tools served a good purpose, and got the job done. But now, we’ve got better tools to use for do-it-yourself projects.
And the same thing goes for parenting. The old techniques that our own parents used with us, are rarely as effective in today’s world. Relying on those antiquated methods would be like constructing a skyscraper with a stone chisel.
