A Story About Grief

When someone you love has died it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, experiencing great pain and confusion. You feel lost not knowing how to adjust to the multiple changes that come with this death. Your connection to yourself, your connection to others and your connection to the very person who has died has been broken. You are alone and you are lost. I'm Julie Siri, a grief therapist and hospice professional with 30 years of experience. I understand grief and I understand multiple ways of navigating the grief journey. I will be presenting information both practical and insightful in a supportive, compassionate and non-judgemental way. Short focused episodes will be downloaded weekly.
