In Chapter 23 of Ultimate Intention, Nancy explores the glory of sonship and the Father’s intention to unveil His many sons before the universe. Drawing from Eastern customs of adoption, she explains how children were raised under tutors until the day of adoption, when they were formally recognized as sons with full rights and responsibilities.

Through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, believers move from being children of God to mature sons who embody the Father’s spirit, mind, and purpose. Adoption is not about changing families but about reaching maturity, responsibility, and authority as God’s heirs. Creation itself longs for this unveiling, waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God.

Nancy emphasizes that the glory of sonship is not in personal attainment but in the Father sharing His authority with His sons corporately. Sonship is about living unto His glory, being body-conscious, and reaching maturity together as one new man in Christ.
