Life can become so busy and noisy that we miss hearing God speak to us in his still small voice and thus we miss finding the rest that our soul needs. This message preached by Kenrick Banks from Psalm 131 calls for a surrender to God that leads to a place of rest in him. The psalmist quieted his own soul and expressed his simple trust in God rather than focusing on things that were beyond his jurisdiction of responibility or understanding.
