We also recognize that many folks are taking on the additional transition of having kids home from school during the day which can add an entirely new set of challenges to navigate. More than that, people are dealing with an incredible amount of stress. We are facing risks and uncertainty in many structural areas of our life, such as access to medical care, the financial system, etc… So, when those feelings of panic or anxiety start to rise, focus on what you can do, rather than what’s outside your sphere of control. The entire world is facing this crisis together.
