Our Beautiful guest to day is Jasmine Westbrooks, a registered dietician and and nutritionist, who  helps people get their life together by changing their food habits.

Power Notes for this episode:

* food is God's gift to us

*we should have energy, concentration, feel good throughout the day and about ourselves

*food is not just for taste but for a deeper purpose then for pleasure

* "I didn't always start off right"

* age 16/17 went through an experience that made her feel unworthy, not perfect, dieted to be skinny, etc.

* in college, went from a cycle of eating, studying, stressing, and was over 200 pounds

* get healthy, by committing to a lifestyle

* sustainable health

* don't expect to get healthy overnight because you didn't gain all the weight in one day

* the viscous cycle, dieting, being underweight, overweight, feeling guilty, give up, start something new, and the cycle begins again because you didn't learn how to change the small steps

* be satisfied with what you eat

* change your habits

* we don't judge you but instead help you to reach your goals

* work on habits that have led to the weight gain results

* we focus on one behavior at a time and you will start to look different

* just because you temporarily see results doesn't mean " it worked"

* everyone has the right to eat a slice of cake 

* we judge people based on their size, if your skinny you can afford to eat whatever you want but if you're larger, you are judged if you eat a salad or whole pizza.

* Nutrients Dense is focusing on the nutrients in the foods we eat, like, protein, amino acids, vitamins, etc.

* ALL nutrients make you feel WHOLE
