In the last week of our "Lost+Found" miniseries in Luke 13-15, Paul looked at the well-known story of The Prodigal Son and helped us see how the older son's sense of fairness kept him from celebrating the gift of mercy that the younger son had received from the father. The warning for us is that the longer we've been "in" the church, the easier it is to forget what it was like to be "out" of the church, and, if we're not careful, despise those still on the "outside."
