As the Nets still fight for prime seeding in the Eastern Conference play-in game, they entered the tilt against the Knicks controlling their own destiny for the seventh seed. Things looked very dicey for more than half of this one with the team down 18 with only five minutes left to go in the third. But they got everything they could from Kevin Durant who played major minutes, finished with a triple-double, and willed this team to victory late.
