Today, Annie and Brady receive a story co-written by listener Nick and ChatGPT. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was a tale of private property offered as a public pathway, it was a tale of public land being coopted by a local community. That sounds, like, really pretentious. I think ChatGPT might be a better writer. Anway, we’ve got a little drama going on in town. We’ve also got HEAPS of openings, closing, updates and the like.
