Aqeel is Founder of Futures Collective - an organisation empowering young people with skills such as emotional intelligence, adaptability and courage.

Ali is Co-Founder of Bridging Us - a social enterprise connecting young people and decision-makers to co-design solutions to community problems together.

Why am I throwing down this challenge?

I truly believe there is no such thing as job security - no matter how secure you feel.

Some of the skills you need to thrive right now are skills such as curiosity, being the bridge between a problem and a solution, and a desire to be completely accountable for results.
