Titles. In our kinky world we all want them. Dominant, pet, Top, Mommy, kajira, brat, sensualist etc, etc, etc. We use them to let others know what we represent and what we enjoy.

For some of us though those titles aren't just the ones we've chosen for ourselves, but ones we've earned in the eyes of our community.
