Richard joined the work force at the age of 17 and started his first business at the age of 20. Since then, he has been focused on the world of IT and small business management software.
In the last 27 years Richard has run his own IT business for 12 of those years and most recently (since 1997) worked for Microsoft, Great Plains Software and SAP in a variety of channel roles.
These days, his focus is on software sales, marketing, cloud ERP and social media. Richard keeps his skills current with the latest in business technology, including VOIP, networking, messaging and associated cloud, and internet technologies through his cloud hosting business that focuses on delivering SAP Business One Cloud to SME's in Australia, new Zealand, South East Asia, the US, and Europe.
