A wonderful moment

Once again, P.O. Dixon and Pearl Hewitt have made a wonderful story come to life and made the reader and listener see the scenes with Elizabeth and Darcy, and let us relive the moment where Elizabeth's tender feelings start, and see the beginning of a memorable love story. Again Pam Dixon have made a new turn for the most beloved couple in literature!

Sweet but under developed and rushed

A scene is really all you get. It shoves all the hard won personal growth of P&P into confrontation and introspection of a single night. However it is sweet and well written as many of P.O. Dixon's stories I've enjoyed.

A Tender Moment by PO Dixon is an endearing little vignette involving our Pride and Prejudice heroes Elizabeth and Darcy.

It takes places about two weeks after the Meryton assembly at a time when Darcy is struggling with his attraction to Elizabeth's fine eyes. Darcy gets flustered around her and increasingly becomes frustrated with himself because he constantly becomes tongue-tied and says the wrong thing at the wrong time. In turn, Elizabeth is amused by him and starts to become intrigued.

I listened to the Audible version of this story narrated by Pearl Hewitt. She did an outstanding job, providing distinct and consistent voices for Darcy and Elizabeth. Bravo!

Short and sweet!

This is a historical fiction short story about the attraction between a man and a woman and how things were done way back when! Darcy and Elizabeth : Book 3 of the series...

Long ago life was different from the way it is now. Back then a man choose a woman and they were stuck with each other. Now the two have to decide if this is what they want forever. Darcy is pretty well off and one minute Elizabeth is thinking about the possibilities and the next she finds him appalling. Read along with Darcy and Elizabeth as they find "A Tender Moment".

The author , P.O. Dixon did a good job on this short story! For a short story, it manages to pack a punch (so to speak). The narrator, Pearl Hewitt did a really good job delivering this story to us with her multiple voices and accents. I found this short story to be very entertaining.

This was a bit perplexing to me. I did not understand if this was an interpretation of the original, an addition to the original or had anything to do with the original at all.

It was cute and only 37 minutes long so I didn't really "get it ".

It looks like this may be a series of shorts. If that is the case I'd recommend reading them all at once. This didn't really make any sense to me as a standalone.
