I’m seventeen and I lived alone with my mom since I was seven years old because my parents split up. I remember us being a really happy family and then one day my dad packed his bags and left. I haven’t seen or heard from him at all. He never even called or sent me birthday cards. I know they say that guys are supposed to hide their emotions but I couldn’t. This made me really sad and I’d cry or spend a lot of time alone in my room.
