What a therapeutic treat! Jessica O’Connor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who loves working with the littles! She sees children in her practice as young as 3! You may not believe that infant mental health or toddler behavior can be helped through counseling, but if you are a parent of one of these kiddos, Jessica may be your panacea!
Listen in as Jessica and I talk about her practice and specialties, including everyday challenges of kiddos 3-15, skill building, positive self-esteem, working through challenging behaviors, and improving overall emotional regulation. Watch as Jessica shares her calming and therapeutic space with us and enlightens us with some her puppets and games that she uses in her sessions with children. Even in a virtual world, Jessica is finding her sessions to be extremely effective.
Jessica works in person, when needed, and virtually, with children and families all over California. If you have a kiddo who may benefit from Jessica’s services, just give her a call or send her an email. She will meet with you for a 20 minute consultation session at no cost to you, to see if it is a good fit.
