Sara and Holly talk about the year we’re about to end (year of the Snake), how the transition will feel, and what you can expect from this year - and next - according to the lunar cycles, including what previous cycles in history have taught us.

Sara and Holly are discussing a phrase we don’t typically think about for this moment in time - collective grief is the idea that we are all sharing emotional processing of loss at a cultural level. Whether its political instability, climate crisis, pandemic aftermath, or even technology and AI, we might us other words to describe how we’re feeling (stress, anxiety, heaviness) but it’s all really under the umbrella of collective grief.

Grief changes shape but it remains, so we talk about how to integrate this into your life so we can keep moving forward together.
