I found a unique post from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) where this quote from “Discipline” was shared with all of us: “Keep showing up, no matter how you feel.”  It’s a powerful reminder from a great source that we all need to be connected with in our lives, which is having discipline. There are many forms to this for all of us, but one of the main ingredients is this quote for sure and I really zeroed in on the keep showing up part! Hey, there are a lot of different quotes that I have shared over the years - I think we can all trust this one from Discipline him (or her) self.  Keep working on it for how you connect to it.
