As we round this one year anniversary of being in a Pandemic, circumstances appear to be getting worst and not better. So, I had questions regarding what is going on and why is the world going in the direction it appears to be going in? I found answers in Habakkuk 2, but it is not the familiar take that we typically hear regarding writing a vision and running with it. What was the vision that God spoke to Habakkuk and why was it necessary to write it? A totally different take on the familiar scripture and how it is absolutely relatable to much of what we are seeing played out in our world today with people being exposed, evil vs. good, and a transformation of what society used to be.  This passage highlights what is on many of our minds, "Why does it seem that evil is winning and God is not doing anything about it?"
