Ecclesiastes 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

It is inevitable that we will lose someone. None of us are guaranteed to live forever on this Earth. Sometimes, we have time to process the loss and sometimes it takes us by complete surprise. How we handle the grief and how we choose to mourn are different for everyone but it has to be dealt with or our own health and wellness can suffer.
