In this episode, I recount my most significant childhood loss and my efforts to find comfort, security, and identity without my mother. 

I hope sharing my experience helps you reflect more on yourself and how you respond to the unexpected. 

Here are some questions to consider as you reflect upon your journey:

• How do you manage grief?
• What is the role of your community in moments of loss or tragedy?
• What does the healing process look like for you? 
• What is your relationship with your parents or guardians like, and how has that influenced your life today?
