Today’s episode is a little different.
I’ve been thinking about life, loss, and the strangeness that comes with grieving from afar. Two family members passed recently—one young, one old—and I’ve been trying to find the words. Other than goodbye.
This is perhaps an attempt to honor lives lived. To remember the little things: the laughter and the sunlight in the stories left untold.
Maybe it’s also a gentle reminder of how fragile and beautiful it is to be here at all.
Thanks for being here.
This is joy, bro. A podcast about movement—mostly what I learn through biking. Observations, musings, and more.
