As the NFL preseason continues, the luster of the season starting has worn off for the fans. It is time to wait another 3 weeks before the games count. However; for many players they are battling for a roster spot and every game matters. One bad snap, one missed coverage, one dropped pass could mean the end of their time with a team. We will take a look at some of the bright spots early in the preseason, and some of the players that are struggling. 

The summer Olympics continue in Rio and there are many feel good stories. The USA has nearly doubled the medal count Great Britian, and there are still more medals to be won. The 74 medals are not close to the 239 they won in 1904, but they have dominated the games.
