After a horrible two-dog assault as a youngster, I found strength in an unexpected rescue by two snowplow operators, whom I saw as angels answering my plea. This event generated a strong concern about the nature of canines and a renewed interest in werewolf films like 'Wolfman.' As a huge fan of werewolf mythology, I've seen a lot of werewolf films throughout the years, but 'Wolfman' sticks out. It's incredibly thrilling, deeply startling, and horrifying, with an excellent visual style and story. There is an odd twist that is well-written, but I won't reveal it to you. You need to see it! The film also deviates slightly from traditional legend, exploring a new notion of werewolf regeneration, but that's all I'll say.
