It is no secret that largely in the African-American household Jesus Christ is been made the center and foundation by which they operate.  I recently spoke with a very prestigious  African-American woman, Dr. Kiana Johnson, whose family raised her without this being the case.  To hear life filtered through such an unindoctrinated mind was interesting to me.  You're going to enjoy this conversation.
