A very raw monologue about couple's work (It's a bit rough... but true)

I facilitate for others the same journey I am continually walking myself: a movement from less to more, from contraction to expansion, from unconscious patterns to more conscious and integrated ways of being.

Relationships—romantic, familial, professional, and spiritual—are the primary arena through which this evolution unfolds. It’s also where I’ve encountered my greatest challenges. In fact, nearly every significant difficulty in my life has emerged in the relational space.

Ironically, it is also in this very domain that I have witnessed the most profound transformations in my work as a hypnotherapist and coach. Again and again, when relationships shift, everything else follows.

In this podcast, we explore relationships as a path of growth and awakening—drawing from philosophy, coaching, therapeutic work, hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and, at times, a quiet touch of mysticism.
