In this special podcast recap, we revisit Pastor Malcolm Macqueen’s sermon, A Village called Bethany, preached at KCC AoG Church, Old Town, Swindon. Looking at John 12:1–2, this message explores why Jesus chose Bethany in the days before the cross and what that means for us today. Bethany was a place of acceptance, adoration and ascension — a place where Jesus was welcomed, worshipped and honoured.
