This week we will be looking at the second monastic vow, the vow of chastity. Chastity carries a whole host of connotations, some of them less than encouraging, especially for those of us who are in relationships. Is that all there is to this vow? Is it really that narrow? What would a vow of chastity look like for the non-monastic in this modern world as we seek to follow Jesus?
