"And this book was so great, it inspired me, that once I finished it, I wanted to go and visit some of the places and follow in their footsteps as much as I could. And so I started this adventure near St. Louis at the mouth of the Missouri river, where they had camped before setting off. And they were traveling upstream on the mighty Missouri river. And it was very difficult, but their determination kept them going for months until they finally found the source of the Missouri river."
