Hartford Foundation's Age-Friendly Health Systems Initiative. A fellowship-trained geriatrician, Dr. Phillips has led major efforts in Medicare Advantage, special needs plans, and long-term care. She's a past president of both the American Geriatric Society and the American Medical Directors Association and regularly advises federal agencies on elder care policy.
