A widower’s experience

This is a podcast for widows and widowers in their middle years, 50-75+.&nbsp; We are wanting to reach out to those who have lost their partners and who feel maybe somewhat alone with their grief.&nbsp; The podcast was inspired by the formation of a widows' group which demonstrated how wonderful it can feel to speak with other people in the same situation , to be able to express whatever feelings are around.&nbsp; We have realised that everyone's experience of grief is different, but there are some commonalities.&nbsp; Hopefully, those who are widowed or know they are soon to be widowed will find supportive and helpful.
