God has given to women the power to possess land and properties. In the garden of Eden, Satan targeted the woman not because she was weak but because she had the grace for land. This is why in Proverbs 18:22, a woman is mentioned as one who brings RATSON FAVOUR and that favour is for land, property, goodwill and riches.
