President Donald Trump was in Wisconsin this week for the ceremonial groundbreaking of Foxconn's gigantic new manufacturing campus south of Milwaukee, a project that he and Gov. Scott Walker tout as wins for their respective administrations. But what about Harley-Davidson, the iconic Wisconsin motorcycle maker that Walker tightly embraces as part of his political identity but that the president has been lambasting recently over their tariff-dodging decision to move additional production outside the U.S.?
