Born in Ecuador into a family of Palestinians, Italians and Ecuadorians, Sola Habibi shares a unique and interesting story. Moving to the Bay Area of the United States they move through navigating a complex identity. When Sola goes to Palestine and reconnects with her roots it becomes a life changing experience that deeply connects her to herself.

In the Bay Area part of her work is taking people into nature to practice yoga and feel the sense of wholeness that is the root of this beautiful practice. We hope you enjoy this conversation.
