In part 1 of this 3 part series on "A World without Ads" we discuss what the world looks like without Billboards. Cities around the world regulate this visual pollution, but Sao Paolo Brazil has completely abolished it, creating opportunity for street art to gloss over the empty shells where billboards once stood. The problem now lies in defining what the difference is between street art and vandalism, especially since some companies have worked in ads disguised as street art.
