I’m not gonna lie - 2023 was tough in many levels for me personally, and it’s not lost on me how far I’ve fallen away from the woman I once knew as I look in the mirror and reflect on this last day of the year I am more determined than ever now to make 2024 my best year not because I was forced to, but because my soul demands that I find myself again and begin to finally heal.
