In this episode, we explore the art of being present—in life, in growth, and in the company of those who make us better. Joined by Military Veteran and Warrior PATHH Alumni, Andrew Rumph, we dive deep into the importance of surrounding yourself with 3–5 people who lift you higher, challenge you, and help you thrive.
A Harmonic Perspective is a holistic approach that emphasizes achieving and maintaining balance and resonance across all aspects of life. This includes the physical body, mind, emotions, and spirit, as well as one's relationships with others and the natural environment.
Andrew shares his unique perspective on life after service, the lessons he’s learned from Warrior PATHH, and how music—particularly learning and connecting through instruments—can become a practice for growth, mindfulness, and connection.
🎙️ Key Themes:
The value of being fully present in everyday life
Building your circle: 3–5 people who inspire growth and positivity
How music and creativity enhance mental wellness and focus
Reflections on resilience and transformation through the Warrior PATHH experience
This episode blends wisdom, rhythm, and real talk, reminding us that the journey to thriving starts with presence, purpose, and the right people by your side.

This episode was created to share with other a great program that helps our Veterans and 1st Responders with training them on how to turn "Struggle into Strength."
In addition, when I went to Warrior PATHH at "The Big Red Barn Retreat" in April 2022, I conducted talking heads almost every night. Having done this allowed me to look back to when I took my pen to writing my new story.
