AA UPGRADES AT DFW INCLUDE ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS
In preparation for a busy summer travel season at its most profitable hub, American Airlines (AA) opened 15 new gates in Terminal E at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on the Dallas/Tarrant County line in Texas, the Times Record reports. Upgrades included elevators, escalators and moving walks. AA tells ELEVATOR WORLD KONE installed two new elevators, as well as refurbished one service elevator, two passenger elevators, four moving walks and six escalators it originally provided. The new gates opened on May 3.
