<p>I do have to say that some things are so much better as some of the most craziest things have, thank goodness finally dissapeared from textbooks and from other moms sharing this poor advice - things like: you gotta spend weeks before the birth toughening up your nipples for breastfeeding by rubbing them with a washcloth for 10 minutes every day all the way to - you have to wash your nipples before breastfeeding. </p>
