Nate chats with Tiago, videographer and co-owner of Zephyr. Tiago shares his journey of co-creating the café Zephyr and where it all began for him. He discusses transforming his hobby for video into a paid profession, shifting his mindset from hyper-productivity to being more present. He shares his experience of doing a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat and the insights he gained from it. He talks about coming to terms with being confident in calling himself an artist. Additionally, he talks about going down the path of social media and being smart about how we use it.
