• SJR 72 has been referred to the same committee as SB 951
• SJR 72 and SB 951 are currently in the Senate Emerging Issues and Professional Registration Committee
• Committee Chair: Senator Justin Brown
• No hearing dates have been scheduled
House Update
• HJR 109 has not been assigned to a committee
• HB 1682 has been introduced and read but has not received committee action
• There remains no movement on abolition legislation in the House
Call to Action – Call Every Day
• Ask to speak directly with the legislator
• If unavailable, request a return call
• Tell staff you will call every day until the bills move or the legislator personally responds
