We sit down with retired Army Major, Dr. Richard Hughbank. Coming from a military family did not quite mean that Dr. Hughbank initially wanted to carry on the family tradition. Having respect for the trade and wanting to be involved first hand are two different things. But once he joined, Dr. Hughbank did not look back. After cross commissioning from Air Force to Army, multiple combat deployments in OIF and OEF, and helping mold young military leaders at both West Point and USAFA… Ret. Maj. Hughbank decided to take on a new challenge in the civilian sector- earning himself a Doctorate. He began educating others about firearms, as well as leadership. He has contributed to multiple literary works including The Dynamics of Terror…a look into what makes and creates the modern terrorist.
